Confessions can also be arranged by
appointment by calling the rectory.
The Novena to our patron, St. Teresa of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face, is held immediately following the 8:15 a.m. Mass on the First Monday of every month.
Marriage Preparation helps prepare
engaged couples for their lives together as husband and wife and directs them in
the planning of their wedding. Discussions should be held with the parish priest
at least four months prior to setting the wedding date. Contact the Rectory
office at 233-3500.
Parents of the first born child are to attend a baptism preparation session with one of the parish priests prior to the Baptism to become familiar with the commitments and responsibilities for nurturing children in the Catholic faith. The session meets in the Rectory basement at 7 p.m. Contact the Rectory Office to schedule.
Adults seeking to enter
the Church through Baptism generally receive the Sacrament during the Great
Vigil of Easter. They are normally prepared for the Sacraments of Initiation by
participating in the parish
RCIA
program.
The Sacrament of Confirmation is usually received during eighth grade. Any adult wishing to be Confirmed should contact the Rectory Office.
If
you have been baptized in the Catholic Church and wish to receive the final
Sacrament of Initiation, please contact one of the parish priests for
instruction.
Perpetual
Adoration of our Lord in the Blessed
Sacrament is offered on a 24-hour basis in the chapel of St. Teresa Church.
Adoration gives you an opportunity for personal, private and quiet prayer any
hour of the day or night. You are welcome to come for a designated hour or
anytime and remain as long as you wish. Contact Mary Ellen Hermann or
Brad Dunn.
