Join us for our famous CHICKEN DINNER, Live Music, Beer Garden,

Silent Auction, Games, Carnival Rides, FELLOWSHIP and more.

This year we are looking for help with Donations, Theme Baskets, and the Silent Auction.

SET-UP will begin Friday, August 27 at 3:30 and resume Saturday at 8:00 am. 

CLEAN-UP will begin immediately following the picnic and will resume at 8:00 am Sunday.

 Help in any other areas is always needed and appreciated.

We are looking for Booth Sponsors.  Cost is $100.00.  Call Jeff King for more information.

Raffle tickets will be out for pick-up this weekend.
Tickets not picked up on the 25^th will be mailed on the 26^th

First Annual St. Teresa's Bake Off - Dust off your tried and true pie and cake recipes and give first place a try!!  The categories are:  fruit pies, cream pies, cheesecake and chocolate cake.  each entry will have a $5.00 fee.  First place in each category will receive a 50% portion of that categories entrance fees.  Children will have a decorated cupcake and cookie category.  No fee for children.  Any questions, call Amy Mannino at 979-5067.

Our Quilters could use monetary donations to purchase materials for quilts for our Bingo.  If you can help, please put your donation in an envelope marked "Quilts" and drop it in the collection basket.  Queen size quilts will also be accepted for donation.  For more information call Marilyn (234-5876).

American Girl Doll Raffle - will be Molly McIntire and book, wardrobe, 10 outfits (including first communion dress and veil), assorted dresses and school uniform from St. Teresa's School and matching skirt and shirt for the winning girl in her size.  Tickets will be $1 each or 6 for $5.  For tickets or to volunteer to sell tickets, please call Ginny Ryan at 616-4669.

Chicken Dinner cakes and pies will be accepted.  It will run from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Soda Stand - please donate CANNED Pepsi or Coke soda (no 2 liter bottles please) - and drop off after Mass under the bell tower.

Donation boxes for the Children's Stands are located in the back of church.  We are looking for new or gently used toys, dolls, stuffed animals, puzzles, fast food meal toys, etc.  To arrange for pick-up of larger items, please call Kevin Bouse (410-1047)
 

PARENTS OF SCHOOL CHILDREN:  This is a great way to get your children involved in Parish/School activities.  They can also get their service hours, and have fun!!!

 NEW PARISHIONERS:  This is a great opportunity to meet parishioners and get involved.
